Mr. Womack has handled defendants in the infamous Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal in Iraq. Not surprisingly, Mr. Womack has been featured repeatedly on virtually every major news media outlet.

At the federal level, Mr. Womack has earned a long string of case dismissals, acquittals and dramatically reduced penalties in drug crime trials. He also has a series of stunning case results in defending violent, drug and sexual charges in the state courts of Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, Alaska and Georgia.

Mr. Womack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law. He is a published author and has nearly 20 years teaching experiences in the military and at major universities.

Guy Womack has served as a defense counsel and as a prosecutor in federal practice since June 1980. In addition to appearing before federal and military courts across the country, Guy Womack has defended felonies in many state courts, and he can represent clients in every level of the Texas state court system.
